I get a lot of compliments wearing this beautifully designed boot. The coloring scheme is unique without looking cheap and gawdy. The tread is durable and designed well. One has to beware of inconsistencies with Columbia regarding toe indents and front seam separation upon delivery. Otherwise a great value for the money.

The fit is perfect. The production of the boots is perfect. Packaging and delivery were perfect. The only reason I buy so many of these? The soles can't endure my 225 pounds for more than five months, and there is no getting these re-soled. For the money, they're the perfect boot for me. Jeph

These boots are the most comfortable boots I have. They are great for hiking and contractors utility. I have worn down my original tan ones and purchased two more. They are waterproof and have great traction on slick surfaces.

I bought a pair of Mountain Red boots 3 years back and I loved the quality and color. These are not the iconic mountain red boots color in the listing picture. I was expecting a yellowish color and received a dark beige, super disappointed.
