I purchased this in hopes of replacing my toddler's jersey-lined raincoat he has been wearing all fall and winter for the upcoming spring and summer months. It rains a lot where we live and I wanted him to have a raincoat that he could wear on warm wet days and not burn up in. I believe this will be perfect as it's very thin and seems breathable. Although it is thin, the quality feels nice and durable.

This Columbia jacket does just what it says it will. It repels rain well but is not warm. My boys wear sweatshirts underneath if it's rainy and chilly but frequently due to running around they just need this jacket. I highly recommend the value of this jacket for the money. It is a quality jacket and the cut looks good on my boys.
