This tie dye shirt is awesome! Usually I make my own tie dye shirts but non of mine turn out anything near this exceptional design and color. I guess I just haven't "mastered the technigue" yet. Now that I have found such an awesome vendor or so many different color and styles of tie dye t shirts, I don't even think I have to continue making my own! This t shirt fits as it should, not too big like some of the generic plain t shirts I buy to make tie dyes shirts with. I was a little skeptical to buy tie dye shirts online because of the fit and if the colors would wash out or not. Colors are vibrant and the tie dye is excellent. However the quality of the material of the shirt itself is not very good. Also the sizing is not correct for an adult male. The neck is way too small. I have a 10-year-old daughter who grows like a weed. I usually buy her at least one ColorTone shirt every school year. I have been buying them long enough I look for the name on Amazon. Sometimes I get her a short and a long sleeve shirt. Naturally, they match everything. The short sleeve shirt is great with a long sleeve shirt under it in the fall and winter as a layer. They are good quality and a reasonable price. She loves them and I love how they look when she wears them. They fit her personality to a T. I have a few myself but I grow more slowly. Sometimes tie-dye can look a little girly, so I was happy there were multiple color options. I got the Blue Jerry and the colors are beautiful. It's not as dark as the picture but I prefer the colors more pastel anyway. This is the second shirt I purchased, the first being the light pink tIe dye. I bought both shirts two sizes too big because I'm allowing for shrinkage and I like my shirts big. The pink shirt was a bit short. This one was perfect in length and size. Both have a scratchier texture, not particularly soft, definitely use fabric softener until they are more worn. Both have a nice thick t-shirt material that stretches well and doesn't cling. Minimal bleeding of the dye when washed. Really happy with the purchase. I suggest ordering a size up. ... show more

Although the cotton used seems to be good quality (i.e., not thin), my one complaint about the Color Tie T-shirts is that they need to be washed with fabric softener before wearing. They seem to take a while before becoming soft. I suspect that is because of the dyes used for the coloring process. Otherwise, I really like these shirts. You do lose a little color once you start washing them which is a good or bad thing depending on the wearer. It doesn't bother me at all. ... show more
