It arrived with wrinkles from being folded (completely expected), so I threw it in the dryer on low with a damp rag and 15 minutes later, it was completely smooth. It's been on our table every day since Mother's Day and I'm loving it! I haven't wash it yet or needed to remove any stains, so I can't attest to any of those qualities, but for the price, this is definitely within my expectations. This 52x52 square tablecloth fits perfectly on my 42x42 square table without having too much hanging over the edge. The fabric is very heavy and irons beautifully. The quality is top notch. The tablecloth goes beautifully with my new placemats.
