Let me start by saying this wagon cart is exactly the cart I need. It is sturdy, holds up to 260 lbs., folds/unfolds easily, it’s big and roomy. The most useful and help feature for me is the Push or Pull: Telescopic pull handle and adjustable push handle. This is a lifesaver depending on the load or job you are doing. I order this wagon 11/30/2022. I loved it and made half a dozen hauls without incident, until disaster struck less than six months after I started using it. Carrying a load of about 50 lbs. out on the street, a wheel flew off the nut and bolt disappeared, I think down a storm drain and the wheel fell in a hole from which I could not retrieve it. I was able to make it home with the remaining three wheels. That was bad enough but all the way I was thinking that certainly I could get the parts to replace the wheel so I could use the wagon again. To my great disappointment, there seems to be no way. I searched on Amazon for reviews to find where I could get parts only to find I am not alone. The wheels on other wagon buyers have fallen off for too. And they cannot find the necessary accessories to fix it. Their queries and requests in their reviews go unanswered by Amazon and the manufacturer. There is no warning to check and tighten often the wheel bolts that come with the product. So I am placing one here: CHECK AND TIGHTEN OFTEN THE WHEEL BOLTS OFTEN!!! I hope someone at Amazon or the manufacturer sees this and pays attention. I have ordered a new wagon because it is so essential for me and it really works well. But I would warn anyone else to be careful. Also I have a few product suggestions for the designer. Even thought it folds easily, it is hard to get it to stay standing upright even against a wall. This could be remedied by having a wheel lock of some kind. Another is that the push handle, a really great feature of this wagon is hard to raise because you have to press two buttons that are spread wide apart so you have to raise the handle bar with body/hand contortions or your leg if you can push the handle a little away from the body of the wagon with a finger or thumb. I would make this so much easier if the a spring would push the push handle even a little way away from the wagon body when the two handle release button are pushed in. So again THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT WITH two minor flaws and ONE BIG FLAW - WITHOUT WARNING THE WHEELS ARE LIKELY TO FALL OFF!!!! Luckily but unhappily I can, right now on my limited budget, afford and need to buy another. Others perhaps aren't that lucky. ... show more

I wasn't home when this arrived, so I got pictures of my kids(68lbs and 84lbs) taking turns riding in it. It's very sturdy and super easy to fold. I'm currently using it for baseball and there's no issues with a bucket of balls, bag with player's gear, and a catcher's bag. The wide wheels have no problem with gravel and bumpy fields. I like being able to pull it like a wagon or flipping up the handle and pushing it like a cart. We'll be taking it to the beach soon, where I'm sure it'll do great as well. The pivoting wheels can turn and get in the way of the wagon folding, and the plastic clip that locks it in the folded position doesn't feel super sturdy. I've only had it for three weeks, so we'll see how it wears. The cart is a little too heavy for my wife to throw in the back of the truck, but I'll take more sturdy over lightweight and rickety. ... show more

I love this wagon and it has truly come in handy in many situations. It is strong and sturdy and has moved a lot of weight with ease. I love the choice of handles as well. The only huge issue I have with this wagon is there are no breaks. So I have to set it against myself if I have to stop at an incline. When storing it I have to try to balance it and then wedge it between 2 stands for it to store standing up. That is not easy to do as the wagon itself is not lightweight. I’ll be looking for brakes to add to this and then it will be perfect. ... show more

Really sturdy and much easier to steer than some others. Plus the plastic wheels have a rubber piece over them so it has traction similar to rubber tires. And it has this great handle on the back end that you can raise of lower. I’m a fan. Great purchase for me.

I had to order this twice, no fault with Amazon, but the USPS is basically......clueless. It was never delivered. Amazon stepped up immediately and I got another one ordered and it was delivered before they said it would be. I got this to be able to walk down to the store to shop for groceries as I am without a car at this time. I unfolded it easily and everything works great. Two things I am not crazy about is 1. This bad boy is HEAVY, so I actually thought about doing a return, however, I decided to keep it. 2. It smells HORRIBLE. Kind of like the old shoe repair shop in my home town. The box even reeks, it actually is giving me a headache. I am keeping the wagon on the deck to air it out. Also since it is so heavy, I did not want it to fall over on the small dog I have and possibly squish her to death, since she jumps on everything and anything. It's not real steady when it's folded up. So if you have small children or small pets, place it where they can't get to it. All in all it seems like it is well made and should be great for what I need it for, only time will tell. ... show more

Holds a lot. Works well in any type weather or any ground surface. Love the big wheels. I can take mine in the stores. I can’t take it on a bus though. I walk to many stores, it holds up well for those distances. It is on the heavy side if lifting it. Easy to clean. Worth it to have one. A good purchase for me. ... show more

LOVE this wagon! I don’t normally to reviews but this one deserves some raving! Super sturdy, super heavy duty, WAY easy to fold and unfold. There’s literally no assembly — it was ready to go and the instructions were easy to follow! Because there are no breaks on the wheels, you will have to store it lying down (as pictured) but if that doesn’t bother you this is THE WAGON for which you have been searching I promise! So glad I did research and beyond pleased with this purchase. My little 2-year-old loves riding in this, and though there are no seatbelts, it is deep enough for me to feel that he is safe and secure. I am 5’7” and the push bar is adjustable. I think someone taller than me would be comfortable pushing it too (no hunching over). I also like that there are 2 water bottle pockets on the outside of this wagon and a larger pocket within the wagon. ... show more
