The Seller (or its customer service member) contacted me after seeing the side bar problem. Seller suggested trying other ways to snap in the side bar and also offer to replace the side bar. Reliable order experience, a 5 star CS experience. The following review was written on 4/4/2024 and given a 1 star rating: Love the cute froggy design, the collapsible concept and the temperature measuring unit. Unfortunately, for the unit I received: - one of the support side bars cannot be snapped in completely, no matter which side I tried. See pic. - The legs are removable. Once they are in place, they cannot change position. This leaves the bathtub less than an inch from the ground. The draining process is slower when compared to bathtub that has fold-in legs. - That say, need to assemble the legs which is actually an easy process, just extra steps. ... show more

This collapsible bath is cute and convenient. It folds up so nicely and makes storage a freezer. I love the built in thermometer to make sure the water is warm enough, and not too cold or hot. The little cushion it comes with is also really nice to have.

The green frog collapsible bathtub comes with a very soft cushion sling for a newborn. The tub is easy to assemble. Once the supports are clicked in along the sides however, it will be more difficult to remove them for the purpose of folding it in half. It can still be collapsed after the complete assembly without any extra work. The cushion has a goofy-looking frog pictured on it. The thermometer is attached to the extra plastic frog piece. This is such a cute tub! It looks like a frog, has a built in thermometer and the best part - it folds slim and in half so it takes up literally no room. It isn’t as large as some other baby bathtubs but it is plenty large enough for most babies. It’s adorable.
