I love that the pockets are black. The last time I referred the table, I changed it from brown to black. It looked great. But the original brown pockets were holding it back from looking awesome. Enter these pockets at just twelve bucks a piece. They fit great. The replacement job takes a bit of time, but is easy, not much more than listening and tightening nuts and bolts. I like these Pool Table Pockets. I have been looking to upgrade the Pockets on the table that we use. I'm sure, as a lot of you know, that as the pockets on your pool table wear, you'll eventually end up with a hole in it. Then, you will soon start having the pool balls fall onto the floor as the pockets start to fill. The natural thing to do is replace them, and these Pool Table Pockets are legit. We had replaced the felt, the slate and put new pockets in this pool table about 10 years ago. We moved and had the table in storage for a while. When we set it up again last year, a couple of the pockets were torn, and the balls would fall out of one of them. I said all of that to say, we knew what we were doing on the install, since we had done this before. So, we ordered these new pockets to replace them. They look as nice as the pictures, very nice looking. They came tightly packaged and included new screws for the install, ready to go. We did not install right away, so the material had a chance to acclimate (something we also know about since we are cabinet installers) We of course don't know how long they were packaged so tightly in the warehouse before we got them, but the netting part was basically flattened in the box. We think this is the problem. Upon install, 2 of them, the netting tore. You can see in the pictures, they fit the table perfectly and they look great. They play great, smooth inside, the balls drop nicely into the pockets. We will keep them on the table and try to repair the tears. The balls don't fall out, they are plenty deep and work perfect. Just disappointed that the tight packaging likely stiffened the webbed part so that it tore when stretched out for use. ... show more

We moved our pool table which meant that we had to rebuild the whole thing, and that seemed like a good time to replace the pockets. Our old pockets were leather and had gotten dried out, cracked, and worn. We decided these vinyl pockets might be a better idea than leather so that they would hopefully keep looking nice longer. These pockets seem sturdy and look nice on our table. They fit perfectly onto our standard sized table and were easy to install. ... show more

These are very well crafted and are made of a significantly thick material. These are not cheap, but in this case, you get what you pay for. The price seems steep, but when you get them, the craftsmanship is very nice and the material is thicker than the original pocket set that I had on my table. Everything about these does portray a premium product. In my case, the box arrived pretty damaged with several holes in it. All the pockets were there, but much of the mounting hardware had been lost in transit. That does not speak down on the product, just not great on the delivery. It just delayed the install since I hard to go to the hardware store and get the missing hardware. Overall, I am impressed with this pocket set and they look fantastic. ... show more

1/4/2024 I got these in hopes of surprising my dad with them because he is definitely a pool shark (in the sense of skills 😅 not the conning part😂) My dad is an entertainer and a kid at heart. He loves his pool table and is always asking guests to play. He is not the best talker, but being at the pool table helps him loosen up and keep it the conversation going. Naturally, I was super excited to find these, so much so that I didn't bother to make sure they would fit his table. I don't know a lot about pool.so I just assumed they were universal. Regardless, these are amazing quality. They feel incredibly sturdy and hard to believe they aren't genuine leather. When I received these they were priced at 72.99. I can't recommend them or not since I couldn't test them in action but based on the looks and quality of materials these seem like a great option. ... show more
