I bought these for my husband about 4 years ago. I am now buying him a second pair because these are literally the only shoes he wears to work and his are stained and worn thin. My husband is the pickiest person to buy shoes for and it has caused a lot of stress over the years. He is also a physician and spends a lot of time on his feet, so they have to be the most comfortable shoes to ever exist for him to like them otherwise I will never hear the end of it. The first weekend he had these, he wore them to a conference and to all the social events afterwards, walking several miles between establishments in Miami. He said 13hrs was probably stretching the time his feet were comfortable for the first time wearing them, but fair. I did change out the laces for elastic shoelaces because he said it took “too long to tie them.” Coming from a man that has nothing but complaints about every single shoe ever, that’s an easy fix. He is usually an 11.5 and has these in an 11. He has a narrower foot, so the width has not been an issue. ... show more

I do a lot of walking in my business, and I wear a suit while doing it. I like wearing nice shoes and most of the time they’re quite expensive. They get scuffed up after a while. These shoes feel like tennies but look like dress shoes. I’ve worn them to plays and to a few meetings. They feel great and I’m not super concerned about them getting too scuffed up.
