  • Comfortable Shoe, good fit, great style, top quality
Size: 8 Color: Brown
I had never really tried Cole Haan before but I got these shoes under recommendation from my parents who said they were comfortable and of good quality, and I'm definitely not disappointed with this purchase. The shoes have this versatile and comfortable style which goes with a lot of what I wear on casual occasions. The fit is just as expected for an 8D US size, and the quality is great so far! I've had them a few weeks and I've probably used them a bit too much HAHA! It's just testament to their form and function I guess. I would definitely recommend this to people out there who are looking for a stylish and comfortable pair of drivers that are of great quality. ... show more

  • Great Shoes!
Size: 7.5 Color: Brown
I went to a store where I live to try the shoes on before I ordered them to be sure of the size. They're a little stiff at first, but I'm sure they'll fit like a glove before too long. I love the design of these shoes, and amazon had the best price around so I finally purchased them. The only issue I have with them is the way they are cut. I have worn sperrys for as long as I can remember and they do t expose as much of my foot as the cole haans, making sperrys feel more secure around my foot.. Which is why I went to try on a pair before ordering to be certain of the size, and actually went down a half size from what I normally wear so that they don't flop around when I walk. All in all, I love these shoes and will definitely not be my last pair! ... show more

  • Size runs way small
Size: 8.5 Color: Brown
I wear an 8, I couldn't even get my foot in an 8. So I ordered a 9, it was much too big, then I got an 8.5. It fits fine. I have other Cole Haan loafers and they are size 8. Since shoe production has left the U.S., nothing is standard anymore. buy where you have free shipping, since the odds of a shoe fitting correctly are less than 50%. The shoes themselves are very nice. I used to buy this style from LL Bean. Their current offering comes from Vietnam and lack the quality and styling of their past versions. ... show more

  • Nice Shoe
Great shoe ……..but not wide enough for my foot.

  • Tight on delivery, but breaks in nicely and is very comfortable.
Size: 12 Color: Brown
Note: the sizing ratings are for after the shoe is broken in somewhat. When they arrived, they felt quite narrow, especially across the ball of my foot. I was a little apprehensive, because normally I wear an 11.5 E, and that size is not available. However, after wearing the shoes a couple of days, they have widened considerably, and now fit very well, not too loose or too long. The only caution I would have is that the nubs on the sole are very tall, and the shoe has essentially zero lateral support, so it is quite easy to have the heel sole catch on something or slip sideways and twist your ankle when walking. As a driving shoe, they're excellent, great grip on the pedals, even for a manual-transmission car, light and soft so they don't feel too cumbersome or bulky, and the heel nubs provide enough grip so your feet don't slide unexpectedly during shifting or sudden braking. I recommend wearing with the very low no-show socks that cover just your toes and heel. The shoe doesn't really have enough ventilation (not even perforated soles) so going with no socks gets sticky. ... show more

  • Soooo Comfy
Size: 11.5 Color: Brown
I've been wearing Cole Haan shoes now for 40 years and I have to say they have always been quality well made comfortable shoes more so than Johnston & Murphy. I look forward to putting these on when I go out for some affair. Do yourself a favor treat yourself and get a pair of Cole Hans! They look great with jeans khakis or even shorts ... show more

  • They Don’t Make Them Like They Used To
Size: 11.5 Color: Brown
I previously owned a pair of these Gunnisons by Cole Haan, and they lasted for years, despite me wearing them practically everywhere. The insole was one of the best that’s ever conformed to my foot, and while they’ve literally broken through the bottom sole, it’s still comfortable to put on. I’m finally ordering a new pair, I’ve found that Cole Haan has dropped the apparent quality considerably (and I’ve compared 2-3 pairs, both ordering and at a retail store). The leather finishing doesn’t look or feel as nice, the insole almost looks like vinyl instead of leather, and they’re not even packaged as nicely as they used to be. All in all, it looks like a cheap copy of what used to be a superb driver’s moccasin-style shoe. The only way I’ll end up keeping them is if there’s really not a better option in the price range of <$150. Unfortunately, it may be the case that one now has to spend nearly double to get the same quality from less than 10 years ago. ... show more
