There was no paper in the toe to keep the shape so the toe is flopped down. These may have been returns from someone. Everything else is fine tho.

Great shoe but because im a big guy and have flat feet. I had to buy another type of sole to put in them in order to support my feet. Like a dr. Scholls but other than that its a comfortable shoe for the price.
