I brought these with me to attend a football match in rainy Florida. The match was delayed due to lightning and the fans and spectators had to stand around in the rain waiting for the go-ahead to take our seats. I was able to pull my poncho out of my stadium bag, and unfold it, and slip it on easily, even though I was already wet. I liked how small it was folded up in its packaging, easy to fit inside my small stadium bag. The poncho kept me from getting drenched, without becoming too hot which was my worry. The bottom of the poncho was wide enough to allow air to breeze through, and the hood finished far enough past my face to keep the rain off of my face. All in all the perfect design. I debated whether to get this poncho, or one with the drawstring around the hood. I chose this brand due to cost, and found I didn't need the drawstring.
