This is pretty much what you'd expect. It holds a decent amount and has a nice bracing strap across the bottom to prevent the bottom from tearing out with heavier loads. Adding and removing stuff is easy, and securing the open end works like most cord closed/secured items today, although the squeeze lock is a bit small. Among its many possible uses, it's good for carrying a spare set of clothes for an overnight or gathering loose stuff in the trunk of the car to keep it more organized. The material seems pretty tough, so it's durability will most likely come down to the stitching. Should it turn out to be inadequate for longer term use I'll revisit this review and update. But, for now, it does what I need.

Not much to say about this, it's a medium sized stuff bag. These come in very useful for camping and traveling. It is lightweight it seems pretty strong. The strings are not as thick as I like I'm more of a fan of something heavier duty like paracord. The spring loaded cinch is small and I'm not sure how long it's going to last. If I were going to use this bag often I would end up replacing both the string with a high quality paracord and the spring loaded clip that keeps it closed with something a little bit stronger and heavier Duty. This is a good size for stuffing in some clothes or a jacket and using as a pillow while camping. It would probably also hold a generic sleeping bag but it's a little bit too big for my backpacking bag and a little bit too small for my kids bag that we have to roll up that they use when we are car camping. That said I'm a big fan of having stuff bags for various uses and this will come in very handy and I will find this very useful for a number of different things.

Nice little bag. I used it to store my water shoes when kayaking, then store my normal shoes in it when out on the water. The fabric and handle on the bottom seem to be reasonable quality and it's sufficiently water resistant for this. The only thing to note is that the top closure, as you can see in the photo, is just a drawn string. This won't really keep water out. I'm more familiar with the style that folds down and clasps to make a better seal. Given the fabric is only water resistant this sort of fits with the intention of the bag.

This 15L stuff bag appears well made and seam stitch is consistent through out - no gaps or short seams. Nice water resistance which helps keep wet stuff away from your dry stuff, or your dry stuff dry if it's wet outside. The bag material is medium-weight (not lightweight/thin and not super heavy or stiff). With 15L it holds a fair amount, and I can stuff my down -20 degree sleeping bag in it very easily. I have other brands (Sea to Summit and REI primarily) of stuff sacks, and the Coughlan is equivalent. The price point is also on par with the other brands. In general, I like to have a variety of stuff sack sizes available to meet whatever adventure I'm packing for - this one is a nice edition to the inventory.

I’ve never been disappointed with a Coughlan’s product and this one is no different. Sure, you can pay more and get a fancier stuff sack, but in reality, this sack will serve me well for years to come. I like the sturdiness of the rip-stop fabric and I like how it is not so thick as to take away from the flexibility of the bag. The color is nice and the drawstring and clasp work great.
