Rainbows were my go to flip flops for for 10 years. I always liked the looks of Rainbows but they never lasted as long as I would like especially for the price. I saw some good reviews of these Cobian flip flops so I figured I would give them a try. I was been super impressed by them. They are just as comfortable as Rainbows and look almost identical. I have had them about 6 months and they seem to be holding up very well. They are MUCH more water resistant than Rainbows as well which has been awesome. Finally, they are half the price of Rainbows. The only downside I have found is that they do take some time to break in but that tends to be the case with any leather type sandals. I think these will be my new go to flip flops! ... show more

These things are great. Think of Rainbow sandals. I originally came across them at Nordstrom’s Rack in Oahu when forgot mine Rainbows. Got these and loved them. Recently I lost them somehow and didn’t want to drop $90 on Rainbows right now. I wish they made black. This color is the light brown Rainbow match. ... show more

I used the Cobian sizing chart. Foot lenght=11 1/4". Add 1/2 = 11 3/4". Recommended size: 12. The size 12 sandal is *barely* bigger than my foot, and the thong is very snug. The thong also tends to cause my heal to land on the inner edge of the footbed. Some people may prefer this snug & smallish fit, but I'm exchanging for 1 or 2 sizes larger so I can easily slip these on/off and my foot can sit squarely on the footbed. I do like the width (slightly wider than normal for the size). Otherwise the quality looks good, but I can't comment on durability. ... show more

After only wearing rainbow sandals for the last 20 years, i gave these a shot and very pleased. They are truly awesome. Look and fit just as well but are waterproof, which was my only gripe with rainbows. Price is great, comfortable, and all-around win!!
