Fashion definitely trumps function with this bag. It’s a great‑looking Coach piece with all the hallmarks of the brand: the classic “C” pattern, top‑notch leather, and complementary metal hardware that makes it instantly recognizable. From a style standpoint, it’s beautiful. Function‑wise, I have mixed feelings. This is a round, barrel bag, and the handles are heavy. When I set it down, it wanted to roll. There are no feet and no flattened bottom to stabilize it. If you lay the handles opposite each other, they act as a sort of counterweight and help a little, but the bag still doesn’t naturally stay upright. Maybe placing something flat and heavy in the bottom would help, but that’s not ideal. If you plan to carry this all day, it's fine. Otherwise, find a nice bag hanging hook to go with this bag. The second issue is the zippered opening. I’m sure part of it is that the bag isn’t broken in yet, but it’s hard to get your hand in and out without scraping against the zipper teeth or needing two hands. Every time I looked at it, I felt like I needed an “Irwin Retractor” to hold the opening apart. Overall, this is a very nice bag aesthetically--classic Coach through and through--but not what we were looking for in terms of everyday usability. ... show more
