Buyers, please be cautious when ordering Coach from Amazon. I ordered the vanilla barrel bag, and when it arrived, I noticed it was shipped in a plain Amazon bag. Upon removing it from the packaging, I saw that the leather was already creased and pushed in. There was also a faint dark spot on the back of the purse. I'm not sure if it was previously used or if poor packaging caused this. I wanted to exchange the bag for a new one, but Amazon immediately directed me to Coach customer service, who then told me my only option was to return it to Amazon. After returning it, I placed a new order for the same bag. The only reason I’m giving this a 3-star review is because the second bag I received is perfect. It’s so cute and can hold many items like my iPhone 17 Pro Max, wallet, keys, sunglasses, etc. The bag comes with a coach dust bag. It’s just disappointing that I had to take extra steps to return a damaged item. ... show more
