I purchased a Holy Stone H700D and Potensic D85 drone and wanted cases for both, just to keep everything together and make transporting the drones and their accessories easier. I purchased this case for the HS700D since it was a custom case and I wouldn't have to fool around cutting foam on a generic case. For the Potensic D85 I couldn't find a custom case and purchased a generic foam interior case from Harbor Freight. Everything fits ok with this case, but the only thing custom about this case is that it comes with a pre-cut foam piece to hold the drone. However, the disappointment is that the case is not quite large enough or include cut-outs for the following pieces. 1. Drone Legs (Drone does not fit in case with legs attached). 2. Remote Control phone holder 3. Propeller guards. So while it includes cut-outs in the foam for everything else including 2 battery holder locations, you kind of just need to figure out how to make the 3 other items loosely fit and for me, that was setting the drone legs and propeller guards on top of the remote and putting the phone holder in the same slot intended for the propellers which kind of defeats the entire purpose of purchasing a custom case for the HS700D drone. For the Potensic D85 I purchased a generic foam case from Harbor Freight for half the cost of this custom case and it actually provides some advantages over this case. The HF case is a hard exterior shell case which provides exterior protection where you could set items on top of the case and not have to be concerned with damage to the drone where this case is a soft shell case which would flex and cause damage if you set anything on top of the case or dropped it too hard. The only advantage this case has over the generic case was that I could leave the propellers on the HS700D attached, but that may be a bad idea given the non solid construction of this case. The generic case from HF has solid latches to hold it closed, making it easier to open and close where this case has a flimsy 2 piece zipper. The zipper works well, but I can see how flimsy it is that it is bound to bind and separate where you would be unable to close the case. Both cases have hand carrying handles and a shoulder strap but as odd as it may sound the Harbor Freight case wins on quality for both of those items. This case is alright, but if I were to have to replace it, I definitely would just go with the generic HF case I got for the Potensic D85 which I purchased for less than 1/2 the cost of this supposed custom case. $50 vs $22. ... show more

This hard travel case is economical for those with drones, or quadcopters. The foam appears to be high quality and cut perfectly to fit the Holy Stone HS700 drone and accessories. The inserts needed to be removed prior to first use. I was able to store 2 batteries, the small tool kit, replacement propellers and charger in the large auxiliary section. The landing gear can be stored underneath the main drone body in a crisscrossed pattern. This is just the arrangement I used for storage. One great feature other than keeping all the drone components safely together, is the ability the case gives to instantly identify if anything is missing. ... show more

Have to disassemble drone somewhat to put drone in (legs off, camera mount off, blades stay on, controller phone mount comes off). i wouldn't try standing on this or anything, but basic transporting of drone from house to fly-zone works good enough. Room in other pockets for spare batteries (I leave one partially installed in drone and two others in designated holes. you can actually put two batteries stacked in each hole.) controller has slot and i put the drone legs on top of controller. side square holes hold the camera and mount. the end rectangles work good for spare parts. ... show more

Overall great case. All cutouts are well positioned and my gear fits. Would have given 5 stars, but there was no placement for the landing skids. I found that they fit well with 2 cutouts on the end of the case. Please refer to images. Maybe the manufacturer will review and make this simple modification to better their product. ... show more
