I got more than I expected with this monitor, really. The resolution isn't full 2K (2560x1600), but 2116x1440 (close enough!) The wrong manual was shipped with the unit, but it's easy to figure out. There are five buttons on the side: power. menu/select. brightness/up, volume/down, and back/exit. It's easy to accidentally hit the power button and shut it off when you meant to hit the menu. It comes with 3 beefy cables: USB-C-to-C, HDMI-to-HDMI-mini, and USB-A-to-C (for separate power). There are two USB-C ports and one HDMI port. It will automatically switch ports when you connect a source. You can feed power separately or do it all with a single USB-C cable. Be aware that it will suck power from your device! There is also a legacy micro-USB-A port on the other side for OTG connections. THIS IS NOT A TOUCHSCREEN. Fingerprints will show up on the surface (you will touch it), so it comes with a cleaning cloth. The smooth surface and IPS LCD makes a nice, deep display. It's not superior quality, but it's good. And here's a surprise: it does HDR! If you enable it, you won''t be able to adjust the brightess, as it uses the micro-LED's of the backlight to achieve the extra brightness depth. You can turn it on and off through the menu. "Auto" will enable it for compatible devices. Be aware that Windows won't switch automatically. The display is lightweight and comes with a magnetic protective case that can serve as a stand in landscape mode. You'll need a different stand if you want to use portrait mode. There is no position sensor, so you have to rotate the screen orientation manually from your device. The display has a bump-out on the bottom back for the electonics, connections, and controls, so the back is not flat. There are no mounting holes for a stand. There are two small built-in speakers on the back. These give your average laptop-quality sound and show up as a separate sound source on your device. It also has a 1/8" headphone port.

I recently purchased an m1 MacBook Pro with broken display, and was originally going to repair it. After looking up the whole situation with apple's anti-repair attitude, I decided to go a different route - remove the screen and use a portable monitor. At the price I paid - $15 more than the lowest end 1080p monitors available on Amazon, this was worth every penny on top. The image quality is way beyond what I expected - it doesn't even look bad sitting next to a Dell S2721QS. While the box weighed in close to 4lbs, the screen itself is pretty light, and the built in folio stand/protector makes it backpack-friendly. This is the perfect choice for anyone else that has a half-broken MacBook that they're trying to Frankenstein back from the grave.

its good. got the 1440 model, and seems to be what it says it is but theres no model # on the box or the device itself indicating which specific product you received. The manual has a list of models which specify the size and resolution but none of the listed models match whats advertised here on amazon not to mention theres a ton of mispelled words and unfinished sentences in the manual which just adds to the sketch. In comparing it side by side to a 1080p monitor i have it does appear to be slightly better but theres just no way of knowing for sure. There are limited settings and its a little clunky to figure out how to navigate them using the side buttons but it does work as intended and i got it looking pretty nice with a slightly lower blue light intensity to be easier on my eyes. Overall happy, super sleek and actually thinner than I even anticipated. The top button is Power. The 2nd button is Select. The next 2 buttons are used as Up/Down and Left/Right, and the bottom button is a Back button.

Good panel. I'm not seeing any extra latency with it nor is the display out of calibration order. I use lagom's monitor testing website to see if there are any glaring issues with a displays calibration; This monitor in particular has none. The glossy finish that comes with it is fairly decent, and gives off a very sharp image as a result. I wish more panels came with glossy type finishes, OR, at the very least, consistently used lighter types of matte coating; That way it wouldn't be so aggressive on the final picture.
