Cables work great for a fixed studio or rack where your not moving around the parts. Not recommended for a stage rig use as the cables will obviously be broken easily

Sometimes when you are daisy-chaining a number of MIDI devices you need short, low-profile, thin, 5-pin DIN MIDI cables. If that's what you need, look no further. As good as any other MIDI cable I've used (and I've used hundreds since 1984). Hopefully eight will get me where I need to go in my studio, but if I need more I'll surely by more of these. ... show more

    • Works for some situations…

These cables work for normal in/out/through use. But one piece of my gear requires the use of a special Y cable. I used a barrel adapter and one of these cables to extend it, and it didn’t work. I tried it with a different brand MIDI cable and it did work. So be careful when selecting these.

Great cable. Ends are mirrored but the cable exits at a 45 degree angle allowing placement almost anywhere. Very flexible, small diameter wire. If you're looking, this is an excellent option.
