My wife took this clutch to the Symphony last night for their masquerade party. This is what she thinks of it. This is a once in a while, cute, costume, fancy date night kind of a bag. It is pretty and sparkly. I think it was a great accent to my outfit. I like that is has the option of carrying it as is or using the chain. It is very stiff but the magnet closure held tight and it never popped open. It is pretty small; but that is the nature of a clutch. Don't be thinking you can carry all your items from your purse in this thing. I was able to fit my cell phone, some chapstick and 4 breath mints, that's pretty much all. I tried to carry a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer but then it wouldn't snap shut, so out it came. You only get the bare necessities, which was ok with me. I really only got it to carry my cell phone because my dress didn't have pockets. Overall I think it's a nice bag if you only are needing it to carry a few items. ... show more

This is a very nice clutch. It is nice that it has a chain strap to carry over your shoulder if wanted but can also be tucked inside for a more simplified and sleek look. It is on trend and a great addition to a prom dress. or any time of celebratory attire. Would recommend!

This evening bag can be worn as a clutch or as a shoulder purse. It has a removable, long silver metal chain strap. There are two D-rings on the interior of the purse and the chain strap ends with clasps. Round metal rings connect the clasps to the first chain links of the strap. My daughter has worn this bag with the shoulder strap to one event and the round metal ring on one side broke in half before she even made it to the event. She was however able to thread the clasp directly into one of the link chains of the strap and was able to continue to wear the bag as a shoulder purse throughout the event. The purse not including the straps measures approximately 10” x 4” x 2”. It has a well functioning magnetic button closure. It is a one compartment bag with a small, flat, interior open pocket that’s suitable for a hotel room key, credit card etc. The interior has smooth black lining. The exterior fabric is lightly textured. It is black with a subtle sparkly shine. The structure of the bag is rigid. The bottom is rounded but the bag can stand on its own because it rests on its envelope type front closure. This is a nice evening bag, especially for its price.
