Nothing cloudy about it,I should have left my old one on, doesn't have a buckle on it so.you can buckle it to the chair so it moves around a lot,it's kind of hard,the back support works keeps your back in a good position and it has 2 buckle's that straps to the back of the chair but it still rides down so you have to keep adjusting it. ... show more
