Best purchase of a check register and value for its use. I have had mine for three years and just went to search history to order another for myself and one for my FIL. The register has a pocket for receipts and eliminates the hassle of using small bank registers that have to be replaced all the time. This register is quick, easy and holds 3+ years of my history. i don't write many checks, but I have been using it as a general log of all my spending and income. I use different colored highlighters to keep track of my different accounts. It works great for this purpose and makes keeping and updating my spending records very easy. I have a budgeting app but seeing it all on paper makes it easier to keep track of. The paper is nice and thick, no bleed through, and easy to use.

I have bought this brand before, and I think they're excellent. I have no complaints about this product. The first one I bought about 1 1/2 years ago is a 10 x 8. This second one is like 8 x 6. The layout and everything are the same between the two. But I prefer the larger size now that I have the smaller one in my hands though. Mainly because it has more room to write and larger lines and spaces. Wish I had gotten the larger size now, but I'll deal with it. I also like the larger one because it has an elastic pen/pencil holder on the spine of the book which seems like a better place than having on that hangs out on the open side where a pen/pencil can possibly get hung up on things while carrying it or stowing it away in a bag or backpack or desk drawer. 4 stars only because of that last bit of critique. If I could tell the manufacturer anything it would be to put the pen holder back on the spine.
