I never write reviews but this has been a game changer for me so I have to share my experience. I have always been inconsistent around the greens and out of the sand and quite honestly had accepted that. I was introduced to these wedges and it has given me confidence and much better consistency than I have ever had. I bought the Chipper and the Sand wedge. Wasn’t sure about the chipper but now I am sold on it. The wedge is a joy to hit and you don’t even think of ever digging in with plenty of forgiving bounce. I am a mid handicaper and these two clubs have changed my short game. I have 3 buddies now using the wedge and they love it as well. You won’t be disappointed if you fear pulling out that wedge. Love this Club, - Im a 10-11 Handicap player - I struggled with my PXG 56 degree wedge getting out of the sand ( I still use my PXG 50 & 54 degree) - I practice or play 4-5 a week. - this has allowed me since I purchased it and used it Every Round - to get out of the Sand 100%, - I love the Bounce on the back of it and it cuts through the sand - I have not yet left it in the bunker using this Club - Now I'm working on the swing itself to get better distance to get the ball closer to the hole (check up and allowing it to roll depending on the green) - I play various course, with and without water, Open and a lot of trees that are doglegged - No Need to purchase it from Clevelands Website to Custom it Unless your 6' 4" and Taller, Im 6' and the Standard length and Shaft work well. TIPs for use of it. - Dry fluffy SAND - Open the Face to 1 o-clock - WET damped SAND - Keep Face on target where you want to hit it, the bounce still helps and this will allow you to get the ball out without blading it across the green, Cut down on the ball on WET sand - send any questions if needed..     • My friends compliment my short game every round
The club is so easy to hit and I find that I can use it for almost any shot from 100 yards. Flop, bump and run, chip, sand, and even approach. Club head is very heavy which has allowed me to have a great "feel" for the club face and be able to turn the ball better than any other club in my bag. The only thing I have not been able to do, is to add back spin to stop the ball so I have to land it a little shorter than I would like. For anyone struggling with a wedge, sand , or bermuda grass "chili dips" then you should give this wedge a try. ... show more

I bought the Chipper. The look and feel of this club is beautiful. Nice and solid. Works really good and is very forgiving. The head weight for this club is insane. Takes little effort to put a ball up and you can put some good spin on it. With that being said it’s no different than hitting a 9 iron. Only reason I’m keeping it is because I love the head weight and spin control I can get with it ... show more

I really love this club! I play a course with 67 sand traps so it’s not unusual to be in one. This club is great in the traps around the green. I don’t have to open the club face but just hit it square. My bunker play around the greens has gotten 100% better. The club does the work and if you do your part with the swing it’s a piece of cake getting out of traps. ... show more

This wedge is very good quality, with a graphite shaft. I wish I could say it cut 5 strokes off my golf game; it did not, but it does hit very well and exactly the distance I bought it for. Recommend this one.
