I got this for my granddaughter for her birthday. She was thrilled with it and played with it for more than an hour as soon as she received it. The color is bright and cheerful and the claw worked well to pick up the little toys that were included. I bought some additional mini stuffed animals and play jewelry to include also, and it all worked together very well. The item is of course made of all plastic, so I can’t say how well it will hold up over time, but I think if it is not handled too roughly, it should be just fine over a long period for a lot of happy play time. ... show more

Overall this product ended up being really great. I bought it as a gift for my niece and it was a huge hit. All the kids at the house ages 4 to 8 really enjoyed it. Even the adults had some fun. The claw picks up the items that it comes with really well. I tried to see if it would pick up other items and it was kind of hit or miss based on the size and shape. But I just added different candies to the small eggs it comes with and it worked great. Also really loved that you can turn off the music! Not all the claw machines I looked at could do that. So that will really save your sanity! The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was there were some issues with the assembly. I didn't have time to return it before her birthday, so I had to make it work. First it didn't come with the stickers you're supposed to use to add to the front display. And the roof came assembled wrong. The wires we're attached on the wrong side of the roof, so the only way I could attach it was backwards. So I couldn't add the rainbow detail on the front because it would have faced backwards. Again, it ended up being fine and not being obvious if you didn't know it was supposed to come with a rainbow detail on top, but I still would have liked it to be without those flaws. If I had the time I would have replaced it with a new one, because overall I liked it and the functionality was great. ... show more

This is cute and my daughter has played with it. It needs a longer cord. Great if you buy more items to go in it. Other wise looks pretty empty. The toys that come in it are pretty cheap. But you can put bite size candy and other small items in it. I use this as a potty training incentive. It took my soon to be 3 year old a bit to get the hang of it. This is pretty cheaply made but it works well and my 3, 5, and 8 year old all LOVE it. They don’t even care about the prizes they just love playing and winning. Easy to put together and easy to use. Best of all you can turn the volume off so it’s silent!

I had ordered this product for my daughter. It arrived pretty quickly. When I received the package I almost immediately tried putting it together. As I was in the process of doing it I noticed there was a wire completely broken. I was also missing a piece. I started the return procedure and instead of getting a refund I decided to get a new one sent out. After I received the new one I noticed how much more items I was missing the first time. I'm thinking I had gotten a returned item sent to me the first time just based of how neatly the second item was.
