We have a 13.1 hand, stocky pony. This saddle fits him perfectly. I didn't think I would ever buy a synthetic saddle, I've always had leather saddles. This one does not disappoint. We have two granddaughters (age 5 1/2 & 2 1/2) and will grow into it as their feet don't reach the stirrups yet. Their 9 year old cousin fits perfectly on it and her feet reach the stirrups. I am disappointed in the bridle because it is tan instead of black like the saddle and our pony is a black and white paint. I will probably buy a black bridle because I want them to match. We haven't tried the bucking strap or breast collar yet but if there is a problem, I will update my review. I strongly recommend this saddle. ... show more
