I bought this 3 years ago and the first year it worked great! The second year okay but the pillows on the bottom were damp. This year ALL of my pillows were wet and covered with MOLD! This holds 4 square bottom cushions, 2 throw pillows, 3 long back cushions, and 2 short back cushions! The material is sturdy and the zippers are on extra snug. It’s withstood 5 big thunderstorms and high winds in Oklahoma. Although it’s not water proof, there’s resistance. We’ve only found that the cushions by the joining of the zippers gets damp but no issues with water inside it. Highly recommend! Oct 2017 update: it leaks, the seams seem to be the culprit; yet the material itself seems to be waterproof. Odd. Therefore I would NOT use this as an outdoor storage bag for deck cushions or whatever you want protected. Apart from that, I am pleased with this storage bag, heavy-duty, spacious, but NOT water proof. ------- Original review ---- Generous size, holds deck chair cushions for a set of 6 chairs, plus a double hammock. Material is very sturdy, heavy duty handle with a velcro wrap to keep both handle loops together, bottom inside of this bag is water proof material (don't know about the seams yet, don't care). Not mentioned, sturdy canvas-like handles on both ends of the bag. Earlier claims about the zipper not being "waterproof", valid, but as water resistant as you might find on a raincoat. If you're storing outdoor cushions anyway then bag your cushions in hefty lawn/leaf/trash bags, place these in this jumbo bag and store in a garage or shed on end or flat, or from a rafter, or under some reasonable overhang. I placed mine on top of a deck table, upside down and had no issues during a decent 2-day rain. For long term (winter) I plan to hang on end from a storage shed rafter. (Include a highly fragrant bar of cheap hand soap or two to keep mice out.) ... show more

Sooo much larger than what I thought. You can put a whole person in it. Instead I filled it with cushions. Chair, swing, and throw pillows. Such a great buy and very good quality. Kept my cushions dry during rain storms.

I was hopeful, based on reviews and overall 4.4 rating BUT THIS IS TRASH. Material feels sturdy, zipper appears good. But after it rained the 4 chair cushions and the bench cushion are soaked. One chair cushion now has black mold spots. Bought July 8, 2023, reviewed August 24, 2023.

Now I have my Dining room space back, after storing my deck cushions in the corner. No this is not water resistant (company stated so in the brochure). I plan so store my cushions that are nicely pack away in the storage bag in the storage building, was considering using some moth balls to insure the moths wouldn't get in it. Material is reasonably strong I do not know how the storage bag will hold up. I will update this later in the winter storage season.
