While the tracking for shipping was less than desirable, it was quick shipping. You could not "track the location", just that it was received by a carrier. The first pair I bought were way too small. I bought a size 9. I returned them to a UPS spot and normally, you receive notification of your return process. I have yet to see that, 3/4 days later. Customer service says, once they receive the product. I reordered a size 11. They are snug, but fit good. I am normally a size 9. So, if you order, keep that in mind. I had a hard time finding jeans like these in a store that weren't super expensive! These were exactly what I was looking for with the rhinestones. I was also worried about the fit but they were perfect! I ordered a size bigger than I normally would have.

I really like these pants. The design is very pretty. Only thing is dislike is the brand tag that says jack David is ripping. The name is a metal plaque under the leather and after one washed has ripped through. Also when I ordered they sent me the next size down without telling me and when I sent them a message saying they sent wrong size, they said they were out of the size I ordered.. Soooo, you just get random shit it they don't have what you order. Luckily I fit in what they sent. ... show more

Okay…so I bought these in a 1 because that’s what whoever decides these things said would fit based on other things I’ve purchased. It’s creepy that they know that but whatever. The 1s are a little too tight. I can wear them but they are uncomfortably snug. I ordered the next size up, (3) and they magically appeared on my porch the next day. Thank you, Amazon faeries! I tried them on and wait, what? They are the exact same size as the first pair, if not slightly MORE snug. So I guess order a size up and hope you win the size roulette they apparently use to label them. I’m going to try one more time because I like the jeans (although two of the decorative rivets fell off within the first 5 minutes of wear) and I’m a glutton for punishment. ... show more

I got the larger size for just in case because all jeans fit different well even the size 16/17 were too small fit more like a 10/12 they’d be a nice pair of jeans to wear if the sizing on web page was correct so therefore not wearable. Very disappointed. Definitely not true to size. However if your a size 0/1 2/3 3/4 you’d probably be ok. ... show more

Love the fit and quality of these jeans. I have ordered several jeans from this particular designer. I’ve been very happy with all of them. I just ordered the low rise black jeans that you will see. Have two button enclosures in the front of the pants. These jeans are thinner material with a little bit of stretch. They have a straighter leg than a boot cut jeans. They are so comfortable and even though they look plain in the picture, they’re really classy. If you like a lower rise, as I do, you will love these jeans!! When you bend over, they don’t slide down. Because of the stretch they move with your body. ... show more
