These are excellent shoes. The are good looking for everyday wear. Good with long pants.... and long skirts they are a comfortable walking shoe. I bought the medium brown, and it goes with most everything, everyday. They fit well, don't slip, and the sole is very durable. I really enjoy wearing them. They are my favorite shoe.

Comfortable shoe, seems larger than before

I love these shoes! This is the third time I have bought these shoes. I use them to go to work and they work great for me because I don't like waring high heels, they are very comfortable and they look good for a work environment. I keep buying these shoes because I have never had any problems with them in terms of being too big, or too small or making my feet hurt or bleed in some place. I just want something I know will work from the moment I put my foot in them until I have to throw them out without the anxiety of having 500 band aids handy in case they hurt me. They last me about a year/ year and half of daily use for work at an office and 2 hours of walking to and from work, so I keep buying them on repeat because they work great for my purposes. The first time I bought these shoes I bought them directly from Clarks in the store after trying them on and hoping that they would work. The other two times I bought them from amazon and they seemed identical. However, this last time I bought them these shoes via amazon, the fit is a little larger than the other two previous times, even when compared to the fit at the end of their life when they had holes in the soles. Somewhat unfortunate, but I still like them and I will keep buying them over and over, although I may drop half a size next time, I don't know. Thanks amazon and clarks for continuing to make this shoe available, please don't stop!

The most comfortable.. basic black quasi dress shoe for slacks

I have been looking for just this shoe. As an usher, you want a comfortable, walk-in shoe that also looks nice. This shoe is a 7 wide, I usually wear a 7 1/2. But I have found that a wide shoe can be a 1/2 size smaller. Was veery pleased with the appearance, leather upper is nice and will be my usher shoes for years to come.

Too snug

Nice quality shoes but not comfortable as Clarks usually are. Runs a little small. I wear 9.5 and got a 10, but it is still snug. The hard toe area hurt my toes. I wore it so couldn't return.
