It said it was narrow and my foot is narrow and it is THE MOST COMFORTABLE CLARKS ever. I put it on and walked around the office all day then went shopping after for an hour and it was like walking on clouds! No back pain or tired knees with joint pain. I haven't worn another shoe for work since I got it. Leather is LEATHER. smooth and soft. Height of heel is ideal for people with lower back pain issues and arch issues. And after a long day, I have not felt tired feet at all. Wish it had more colours. Every neat looking on the foot. Classy looking . The leather is good quality and does not look "cracked" even wearing every day. The heel is thick rubber I imagine. I did not like that they were obviously pre-worn and thrown back in the box without the inserts in the shoes, only one of them was included in the box. Ordered because I wanted something professional that would look good with some of my longer slacks or dresses for work. Heels can be hard for me to wear since I broke my ankle a few years back however these seem comfortable. I would say they fit true to size including the width. They look cute too!

Clarks always fit just right. I wore these shoes to a work conference, and I was on my feet for the better part of 8 hours. I walked approximately 2 miles throughout the day in these shoes, and my feet never hurt nor did I get any kind of blisters. I'm highly satisfied with these shoes.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second pair I had to return the first pair need to return these because they keep tearing at the same of the shoe don’t know what the problem is, but however, if this wouldn’t happen, I would rate these at a 4 1/2
