Finally, the perfect fit! I have been searching for a shoe that feels as good as my Crocs, and well, I may have struck gold. Great looking shoe, comfortable and sturdy. Might've put a bit more grip on the soles. I had read the reviews of a bunch of various Clark's shoes sold on Amazon, and finally took seriously the many people who suggested buying a half size larger than you think you wear, and going for wide. I did both, and well, we are approaching Crocs comfort, but so much better looking. BUT, all that said, after wearing these a couple of times, the backs caved in, and now, I have a devil of a time getting these shoes ON, even after buying a shoe horn, a nice long, wooden one I had hoped would help. Still hard, and sometimes very frustrating to get my shoes on, the last thing you want as you put on your very last article of clothing...leaving for the day pissed off, at your SHOES. So, here's a thought: I also own a great pair of very similar Merrell loafers whose backs never cave in, are never hard to get on, and well, make that very last task before you go out the door every day, a breeze. Perhaps you should use whatever construction method/technology Merrell used to make their shoes have sturdier backs, easy to put on, and to take back off...? ... show more

    • Possibly slick on wet surfaces?

Size feels accurate to what I requested. My issue is they feel like they would be slippery walking on wet surfaces. If I hadn't already worn them I probably would have returned the shoes. I'm not sure if I'll ever wear them again.

This shoe is amazing. I had the same shoe for about 2 years - wearing it almost every day. I have wide feet and the width is wonderful. The rounded toes do not hurt my toes which is a problem with so many shoes. My first pair are finally falling apart. My husband did shoe glue them a few times.... Finally, found another pair just exactly like my first pair - get so many compliments on them - I have happy feet when wearing them! ... show more
