These boots are gorgeous and comfortable! I am on my feet all day for work and 6 months pregnant. I wanted a brown boot that had no heal, but still offered good support and comfort- when I researched Clarks a bit, these seemed to check all the boxes. I have worn them 2 days in a row and am so impressed- There was no "breaking in" necessary- felt comfortable the entire time. I purchased the dark brown leather and feel this color and style can be dressed up with work attire or be dressed down with some jeans and still looks amazing. I also feel they fit true-to-size ( I normally wear a 6.5). I will mention that it is a more "snug-fitting" style, so if you prefer a looser calf and/or roomier feel in the foot, then perhaps consider going up half a size. I feel like I could probably wear these in a size 7 and be fine with it, but my preference is just a more snug-fitting shoe, so the 6.5 was perfect for me. Lastly, the calf- what I love about these boots is that they do not have excess room in the calf allowing for any gap. If you want the look with the gap in the calf- then move on, because these are not designed to fit that way. These boots are great quality for the cost. I have trouble finding boots that fit my calves as I have slim legs. These fit perfect with jeans and leggings. They are comfortable too.

I wanted a comfortable, casual brown leather boot and this met my desires. I wear 8 1/2 in shoes and this boot is true to size with a thin sock. They fit snug on my calves but not tight.

    • Don't Purchase If Your Legs Are Not Tooth Picks
Gorgeous boots, but I can't zip them up. I bought a size 10 wide, thinking that with my larger shoe size, the shaft would also be larger, but it's not. The elastic gusset in the leather only extends about 6 inches or so down the shaft from the top, and was pretty much useless to me, unfortunately. I wanted tall black boots that fit my narrow calves for fall and winter. These fit the bill. I wear 7.5 and ordered 7.5 and they fit snugly thought not tight. The insole isn’t impressively comfortable which is a little disappointing because they aren’t the cheapest boots on Amazon. I have high arches and there isn’t really any arch support. But I plan to use inserts to cushion them and add support. I have narrow calves, but these are definitely fitted in the shaft. If you have wide calves, they may not work, though the elastic panel might provide enough give. ... show more
