I purchased 2 of these back in December 2024, and in May of 2025 on one of the seats, the plastic piece at the bolt hole broke. It was irreparable. I contacted Better Boat directly through email on their website. same day i got a response and Better Boat replaces it for me, and had it mailed to my house within a few days. Excellent customer service. I will buy their products purely for the interaction I had with the company. Anyone that can fix an issue in that way that quick has my vote. ... show more
