My ring arrived today and I love it. It is well designed with balanced proportions, smooth lines, and a simple beauty. The stone is as large as my hand can sport tastefully (smaller hand). The inset-mount (as opposed to prongs) does result in a more subtle sparkle. However, when the light hits it just right it really lights up and there are no sharp edges or exposed prongs to snag things on. The media could not be loaded. This ring is absolutely STUNNING! My husband had his eye on it for me and as we were browsing together I saw it and my heart jumped! I have been needing a replacement for my lost wedding ring and have looked at THOUSANDS of rings, none of which I gave a second thought to. When this ring arrived, I was prepared for it to be a little less "wow" than the photos - but quite the opposite happened! The sparkle is perfect, the cut of the stone is perfect, the setting is FLAWLESS and it has shockingly held up against daily wear and tear - and because of how the stone is set in the uniquely shaped ring, it doesn't catch on anything!... when I polish it up it looks brand new... when I don't, it still turns heads! At first blush I absolutely loved this ring. Got it for our 10 year beach vow renewal ceremony. It's super comfy and very very pretty on your hand. The mossioanite really sparkles and the style of ring is simple, elegant and the band is thicker but comfortable. However I have only worn it a week and the band already has dark spots on it where the gold plating has come off. I have been on vacation, nothing super strenuous or rough and it just ain't gonna hold up well for me sadly. Is say this ring is great for casual wear but definitely not for everyday. Just my honest opinion. Still love the look of it though! ... show more

Wore it just one day, regular office work nothing fancy, came home and saw the bottom part had deep scratches in it already. The stone itself is beautiful, but the ring portion is sub-par. I've had it about 10 days now, it's pretty scuffed all around, no amount of polish fixes the scuffing. (See pic: the deep lines and distortions are gouges, not reflections. This is after one afternoon of wearing it to type at the computer with, not like I was out stacking bricks). Great if you want some bling (the rock itself is gorgeous), but the setting is not sturdy enough for everyday wear IMO. I may get the rock reset in a sterling silver ring at some point down the road. ... show more
