So with that my daughter knew right away what it was so it no longer a gift! Very upset it didn’t come in a bigger box to hide what it was. I love the fact that its bright like my kids personality and its adjustable as they grow with a press of a button. The only thing is the tongue of the skates.. it keeps going down and it irritates my kids.. unlacing them to pull the tongue back up and lacing it back.. there should be a hole or something to have the shoe lace keep it up.. i had to punch holes for the shoe lace to go through the tongue and to keep it in place.. my kids love it ... show more

Great sturdy adjustable skates for beginners! My daughter absolutely loves how comfortable and colorful the skates are. The laces are durable and not flimsy and strong enough to hold the skate boots together. Ive read few reviews that said that the skates’ sides open up, but this problem is easily solved by making sure the laces are nice and tight throughout the boot. My biggest, only major issue is that the wheels come off super easy, (they came/come off while she’s using them!) and if I’m paying almost $70 for skates I don’t think I should have to check them every time my kid wants to use them. My daughter fell in love with these skates. It’s nice that they grow with her feet, saving us money from replacing them every year. They are exactly as you see. Bright and fun. Easy to use.
