These brushes have been surprisingly awesome! My two & three year old love “doing their makeup” while I am doing mine which aka means grabbing mommy’s good makeup brushes & running off with them & losing them. So I purchased this set for them to play with because it was cheap & had a ton in the set so I could give them a few at a time & then when they broke them (because I assumed they wouldn’t be good quality) or lost them I would have some more set aside to give them to keep them out of mine. BOY was I surprised when these arrived! They are super soft & so far none of them have broken or lost any bristles. Remember these are being used by TODDLERS so that says a lot that they haven’t broken or gotten crazy haired bristles lol. I have actually set some aside to use myself because they are that nice! These brushes are a great value for the small amount of money paid. You get a huge selection and the bristles are very soft. One of the brushes wasn't attached securely to the base and I just took some glue and attached it. No biggie. The sponge eyeshadow brushes are especially nice. Thumbs up!

I don’t know what some people are talking about that the brushes are to short or not soft. They are soft! As far as being short they are perfect unless you have very big hands. You don’t use the whole handle of the brush. Great buy

We buy these for paint brushes not makeup brushes. They don’t make for great makeup brushes. They aren’t that soft. I am a makeup brush snob. I prefer Luxie brushes since they are super soft, easy to clean, and fluffy. If you have a younger user and don’t want to pay a bunch on brushes for them then these are perfect. ... show more

The good thing is that you're getting quite a few brushes for your money. The bad - the brushes are not the quality I was looking for. They're very hard and stiff, and not soft and fluffy that you need for blending. Most of them are small and flat. I needed more rounded brushes.

These are so cute and such a deal for the price!! They aren't mini, but they aren't full sized either. They are somewhere in between but I really don't notice a difference when I'm using them. I've had mine for a few months and they hold up great; there is also a wide selection of brush types which is really nice. A couple of the eyeshadow brushes have stiff bristles but that doesn't really affect application. I loved these so much I bought a second set for my friend's birthday and she is obsessed too! ... show more

The main reason I only get makeup brushes is to clean out circuitry because they're so soft and gentle. I use them to clean our expensive computer, key board and mouse. As for the feel on skin they felt soft but I can't tell you about they're makeup blending capabilities.

All different sizes ans shapes. The only brush I believe this set is missing is a larger face/powder brush. They are great quality and very pretty!
