I routinely use these sorts of bumpers on my kitchen cabinet doors, because they really do muffle the sound of a closing door. I also use them on the lower corners of any framed artwork, as they help protect the walls and keep the frames from shifting off-kilter. Basically, these bumpers are easy to use and help soften a bunch of potentially loud "bangs" around the house, and I kind of take them for granted. But when I move to a new place and don't have them on my cabinet doors, I really hear the difference. I like this brand because they come in a larger number per package, which is a good deal and helps keep them handy. In fact, I used to buy these at a big box store every so often, but they never carried them in packs of larger numbers, and it was frustrating; so happy to have found THESE, because the larger number saves me time and money. Could not find these at the big box stores. I wanted something that would hold up better than felt pads. A little sacrifice on the sound as they cause a a bit of a thud what a cabinet door closes, but they stick well and should hold up.

I bought these initially to install in newly painted cabinets. They ended up being a little thicker than what I needed, so I repurposed them to use on the bottoms of pots or other items in order to protect surfaces they sit on. Easy to apply and easy to remove. Great value!

I use these bumpers to add "feet" to glass trivets that I embellish. The trivets come with feet glued on, but I have to remove them before I embellish them. Having the adhesive already attached to these feet saves me so much time compared to salvaging and gluing on the original feet. I just purchased a home and the old bumpers has literally disintegrated. there are a ton of these in a pack and so much cheaper than the big box stores. they have good adhesion and plenty fin the pack to cover all my kitchen & bath cabinets. I will buy again when these wear out!
