These shoes look exactly as pictured and are very warm. The heel is a great height as it's not too tall but still gives you a bit of a boost while walking. They were pretty comfortable even with thick socks on but I think that is because the sizing is where things were questionable. I ordered a size 10.5 even though I am a 9.5/10 because I figured I'd just wear thick socks to with them. I received a size 11 and when I put them on with my socks it fit perfectly which makes me question if it really is an 11 or even 10.5. So I would say they run small based on the fact that an 11 was able to fit me fine and I'm a 9.5/10.

The media could not be loaded. My only complaint with these shoes, other than the fact that they took two months to arrive (not counting that against the product), is the fact that the finishing isn’t the best. There are places where you can see the glue coming apart already without having used it once, and other places where the glue shows or the paint is coming off a little bit. In good news, the quirky design allows the visual aspects of this to not be so important, though I do wonder about the structural integrity. As for the design, it is so quirky and fun! Lots of neat little details and overall decent construction, aside from the glue issue. The material of the heel is also a little squishy, so your steps feel more comfortable, with less impact. The fuzzy lining makes these nice and warm and perfect for winter, though I would not recommend them for icy or snowy conditions because the tread isn’t particularly deep, and once again, I’m not sure how well these are sealed because of the glue issue. I would have loved to give this five stars, but I’m having to take one off because of the finishing and possible issues in the future. Otherwise a great shoe! So fun! I was SO excited for these. Let me start by listing the positive things. They are ADORABLE!!!! The inside has a nice faux fur lining, which is super comfortable. They also have a zipper on the side, for easy access. I have very thick and swollen feet/ankles due to lymphedema, and most ankle boots do not fit me, but these do. The ONLY reason I have given it 3 stars and not more, is because of the following reasons: they arrived with one of the boots incredibly scuffed up, which looks awful, especially in comparison to the boot that is in perfect condition. The laces, are absolutely junk. They are very firm/stiff and feel somewhat waxy, and are basically just for aesthetics and not functionality. You can also see the glue they used on the bottom, to attach the soles. Not an issue aesthetically (nobody can see it), but will likely be an issue when it comes to longevity and structural integrity. While they look cute as heck, and are comfortable, I don't anticipate that they will last very long.

These boots are cute, they fit well and they're very comfortable. Comfortable. Surprisingly, I would maybe get a size smaller just because they're a little wide but otherwise they fit really well.
