This EVA Playhouse for Children is the cutest Christmas playhouse set for kiddos or even your pets! This was the best thing I got my cats for Christmas - I put blankets and a bed in there and now they have their own cozy little holiday house! Assembly was a breeze - all the pieces are easy to identify and the instructions were easy peasy. My only suggestion was grab a friend to help when you have to make sure the pieces are securely in place - two people makes it easier to do that. The house is spacious - I can even crawl in there - and I did. When I wanted a timeout on Christmas I got in there with a little lamp and a good book. It has this adorable little "bench" inside that also makes a lovely little shelf for a book and lamp - as shown in my picture. If you have kids, or pets - this is seriously so fun. As an adult I too, who am I kiddin' - just get this thing, it's fun and you can take it apart and store it when you're not using it.

My child squealed and rushed inside, and it became her "secret hideout." Made of food-grade EVA material, it's odorless, soft, and elastic, with rounded edges to prevent cuts. Babies can roll and crawl around inside safely, and adults don't need to worry about chemical residues or irritating odors. Assembly? Absolutely not! Unfold and it's ready to use in 3 seconds—so light even a child can carry it themselves. When folded, it's compact enough to easily fit in the trunk for a trip to the park, camping, or grandma's. It's breathable, so it won't feel stuffy in summer; the surface is waterproof and stain-resistant, so spilled juice is easily wiped clean.

This playhouse has far exceeded my expectations. It is so adorable and beautifully detailed. The intricate cut out shapes of the windows and Christmas tees down to the snowflakes on the roof are done so we'll. It was easy to put together and took very little time for 2 people. The material is durable and lightweight so the house can be easily moved around as needed. The sturdiness of the house is also exceeded expectations each panel is thick and flexible, there is a bench seat inside the house that easily held my 100lb son. He also fit inside sitting down at over 5feet tall. So his brothers 6 and 7 will have so much fun. The price is perfect for this playhouse as it will last a long time with quality of the materails. This can and will be used for a long time. Wipes clean easily of any spills or dirt.
