These are super cute overalls! The fabric is a chambray, not denim. They are lightweight, soft fabric. I am 5'6", 143 lbs, ordered a large & they fit great other than about 3" too long. Definitely need to be hemmed & I'm not short. I only gave them a 4 star rating because the hardware/clasps are not that great. I will probably replace them. Otherwise, they seem well made.

I do love these but they are the strangest fit when you consider sizing. I am normally a medium but I sized up to a large to make sure they were loose and baggy. I expected the legs to be a bit long. I'm 5'4 and that's not tall. But my legs make up the longest part of my body. I have longer legs than would be considered normal for my height. The legs on these are not even what I would consider to be average length. Had I gone with my normal size of medium the legs would be awkwardly at my ankles. I probably could have sized up to XL and had it fit perfectly. Which is a sizable difference from a medium so its just really disappointing that they can't get the sizing accurate. The actually quality and feel of the fabric is fantastic. Its very soft and certain parts of it are really comfortable. I was hoping they fit perfect so I could buy them in another wash or style but given the sizing issue I'm not sure I'd purchase these again.
