I am so disgusted with this item. I used it today. I had to tape the handle, due to any push/force the handle would collapse. The head would flip around, cleaning ceilings. I regret purchasing this item. They need to go back to the drawing board. The concept is good - it needs to be improved. This is my original review based on the item. Yesterday, I received a NEW MODIFIED IMPROVED TOOL. I cannot express to you how much this company cares about their customers and their products. They have totally improved this item and it does as it says. They modified both the pole and the head so there is no more collapsing or flipping around of the head. It truly has improved 100 percent - the concept was wonderful, and now it works as it was intended. The pole is heavier - and stays locked - and it is not heavy. The pad now has a nut screw and secures the head in place, it makes the ease of cleaning the ceiling very smooth and easy. I use it on walls, floors and baseboards. I originally was looking for a real old style dust mop that my mom and my grandmother used over the past 60 + years. This isn't anywhere near that but it does the job it is intended for. I am still in search of that elusive dust mop, but for now this works fine...not top quality but not complete junk. ... show more

This works wonders on my walls especially with sticky fingers from four kids have touched all of them!! This is so easy to use and takes off all of those marks on my white walls. It extends to reach my 10 foot ceilings and takes me less than an hour to do my whole house.

    • Love and hate relationship with this mop

It does what you expect, it didn’t surprise me. There’s a lot of love and hate with this mop, but I don’t regret buying it simply because I don’t think there’s anything else significantly better in terms of a mop for the walls and ceilings. The love: the duster is great at removing dust off the door, baseboard, and walls - especially for my high vault ceiling which is the highlight of this mop. For the wet mop, it works well if you have a large area you just want to generally wipe for cleanliness. Works great if you have smooth surfaces/wall (non-textured). The hate: the screwing on the mop head and the extension handles keeps coming undone when I’m trying to scrub hard with it. The wet mop itself doesn’t slide smoothly on my textured walls when I’m cleaning the edges/corners - it flips and flops, so you gotta work extra hard to clean than expected. Because I have textured walls, the wet mop doesn’t remove harsh stained areas that well - I had to get Mr clean magic eraser to do the job, then use the wet mop to remove the residues. Although, on smooth non-textured surfaces it works like a charm. ... show more

I purchased this to clean my wood floors and it is amazing! Love that it has that bump out that lets me get into corners. I purchased some replacement pads also. They wash up great with a drop of laundry detergent and I let them air dry. The pole is nice and sturdy. You are able to shorten it if needed. Great purchase. ... show more

I used the mop on my walls & it worked quite well as far as cleaning went. I’m cleaning soot from my walls in my house & the mop has worked wonderful for that but after several uses it kind of leave the mop head black & starts to smear it. Beyond that the only issue I had was having to remove & replace the mop head after every few swipes to rinse & clean it & do it all again. All & all it works quiet nicely. ... show more
