This comes with NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. Ordered this to use inside our garage for parking purposes since it's a bit tight with 2 vehicles. For that purpose this will work fantastic. The mounting hardware is acceptable and I appreciate how tightly the plastic directional mount feels- once I get the right angle it stays there! The reason for 4 stars is that the plastic housing and hood isn't the cleanest cut, so if this needed to be placed somewhere external where a lot of people see it- it wouldn't look the best. This mirror is a good size for seeing around corners. The bracket and the hardware on the back of the mirror are made of heavy duty metal. The base of the mirror is made of a light plastic. The media could not be loaded. So many times that the delivery person left the packages on the top step. And it’s hard for us to notice when we walked out the door. There’s couple of times that almost caused an accident. So this mirror is big enough so we could see clearly at our doorsteps.
