I am so pleased with this sofa. After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase it. This is the first time I’ve purchased a sofa online so I was very nervous to do so. It came in three separate deliveries but all was delivered very quickly. The pieces were easy to put together, the material is high quality and soft. The color is a very light gray/white. The cushions are plush with down filling so it is very much like a cloud sofa. The ottomans have large storage areas. I have 2 large dogs and the cushions are very easy to clean.

Product dimensions are not accurate from display on site more accurate dimensions are 28" from ground after legs are on, with pillow cushions 30"-31" added using measuring tape. It's definitely low to the floor if the legs were 3"-4" that would add to height. Width of couch is 97" barely 100" not even close to 114", the middle piece(armless chair) doesn’t fit properly at all it even has a power cord and I did not order a powered couch; its the only electrical piece. A section of the couch is dirty as if used or touch with dirty hands. Will upload photos. The color is as expected, the material is stiff a possibility of changes once washed, assembly was very easy can be put together without instructions depending on how good your are with putting things together. The quality can be discussed after a month or so of use if product is kept. As of now this does not meet all expectations…. Possibility to change if issues with items are resolved.

Couch is perfect and just like the pictures. I was worried about the color, but it is perfect cream color, not to white but not to gray! They don’t lock together, but the feet have a rubber bottom so it helps with the moving around. I love them! Super easy to put together. There are random cords that all connect together at the bottom, but don’t do anything. And the directions it says something about reclining, but couldn’t find anything on their website about a reclining couch. I was hoping that you could order that section separately.
