Markers wipe right off. But not off of them so easily. Lol. Chairs holds up to 180 lbs. Not recommended!!! Not for us!!! But we sit with them at the table. It's adjustable. Dad (nephew) was able to put it together fairly easily as all the screws were the same length. The children love it and request to eat and use it for playtime fun.
