I bought one of these chairs/hassocks one yr ago and just took delivery of a second one about an hour ago. They are very comfortable for me to sit in and, more often, rest my feet while sitting in the adjacent leather chair. The real reason that I am submitting a review is the durability of this product, which is mostly used by my two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. The male is 95 lbs and the female is 75 lbs. I don't trim their nails and expected the worst, as sometimes the dogs play fight while one is on the chair/hassock. In a yr, there is NO sign of wear, no puncture holes, and no loose thread. As for comfort, take their word, not mine. The female is invariabiy submissive to the male EXCEPT when it comes to the chair/hassock. If he's in it, she harasses him until, in utter exasperation, with an unpersausive growl, he hops off, so she can settle in. And NOTHING will budge her. Re the pix, the male is on the new chair/hassock. It's a tight fit, but he doesn't care. As I type this note, maybe 5 minutes after taking the pix, he remains on the chair/hassock and is now sound asleep! The female is on the older one, which , you may notice, has flattened with use. The old one started out tall and rectangular, but it fit our needs better when it flattened out, as it still provides plenty of cushion with more surface area. ... show more

I bought four of these for my home preschool. I will say the bean bag covers are very durable, I'd give that 5 stars, they are perfect. But I would appreciate a better filling and instructions on HOW to fill them. They don't just unzip, which is good with kids, but instructions would help. The refills aren't cheap either, I'd love to give this product 5 stars but if you make it for kids, why not make the filling more durable. For the price point I did expect them to last longer. My kids do LOVE these, so I don't regret the purchase. Now I just need some customer support to figure out the dang zippers, kid proof and teacher proof, ha. I finally managed to get the double zippers open, paper clip and a lot of elbow grease. I used the shredded memory foam to refill and I hope to have better luck with them staying round. The shell of the bag is truly top quality, and no kids will ever be able to unzip them, ever. haha ... show more

My child loves this bean bag. Unfortunately it is completely deflated. It came so fluffy, I don’t know why. I’m so sad about it and so is my son. No stuffing has came out of this bag, it’s just gone flat.

It's a bean bag chair, it's one of those things where it is what it is. There's nothing special about it vs. other bean bag chairs that I can tell. This is a small little bean bag, but hey, the main dude I bought it for is just starting to walk. He likes it. His older siblings, they don’t care if it’s big enough or not. It doesn’t take up much space, can be placed in a closet when not needed.
