I purchased this vacuum back in Nov- December, 2020. My house is full of hardwood floors. It does GREAT on hardwood floors. I only purchased cheap vacuum since I have a lab who sheds like crazy, an Australian shepherd, and cat. The hair just ruins every vaccum. It does really well for gathering pet hair. The sucking power is good. Easy to clean. Awkward at first since it is top heavy, but you definitely get used to it. I dont use it on my area rugs. I tried, and it did an awful job. I have a different bissle vacuum for that. Overall, I really loved this vacuum Until 2 weeks ago I was vacuuming and all the sudden the vacuum started smoking/ popping and there was a fire coming from the on/off button. I contacted Amazon to start a warranty claim (this vacuum has a year warranty) It has been 2 weeks an I haven't heard anything from the company. I had to purchase another one in the meantime since it does well at first, and It came the next day. Plus I was in the middle of a move and wanted to vacuum once the movers left I'm disappointed in a company stating they have a warranty but can't communicate with a customer. So for short use it's awesome. But also it can obviously be very dangerous. Company is also terrible with communication. Use this vacuum with caution. If u don't have hairy pets get something that lasts longer. It'll be worth it. ... show more

    • poor suction power
look elsewhere - this vacuum is junk, has no suction power and cannot pick up anything, not even dust from hardwood or concrete floor. Only the narrow tip brush has some weak suction, while the larger brushes do not work at all and are useless, while the vacuum runs very hot. Don't even think of using it for pet hair as indicated in the description. Brushes and extension wand do not snap into place and easily come off. I cannot understand the many positive reviews for this vacuum. It's not worth the $50 and ended up in the trash. My 6 year old cordless has 10 times the suction power of this corded unit. The light weight and long cord are the only positive aspects. ... show more

Absolute best vacuum for the best price. So sleek. So lightweight. Very easy to access the debris area to dump. Works great on rugs and tile. Easy to maneuver, easy to dispose of the dirt.     • Love how powerful is
The media could not be loaded. I love the fact that Is so ligth but at the same time so powerful. I already use it for the mattresses, sofas, floors, and carpets, and oh Lord a lot of dirt, dust hair and crazy stuff came out. I'm waiting to find more areas to vacuum with this amazing piece of heaven. For the price it does wonders, I was a litte sceptical when purchasing, but being able to use it and discover the amazing things it does gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend it. ... show more

So I got this on sale for a great price. When buying non named brand things you have to remember what you bought. This product is the same way. I got what I paid for, and I love it! I went with a non cordless because sometimes the cordless ones batteries go bad. The suction is excellent when working with the attachments, but as far as the vacuum itself, its really only good for non carpeted rooms. It will vacuum your carpet but not like a good upright Hoover. The vacuum does swivel which is nice for underneath things. This thing is so easy to put together.     • Perfect! Absolutely a power machine!
I was a bit sceptical. Because it’s a small sized vacuum. And has a cord. But my robotic vacuum went through my bosses fenchies accident when I was puppy sitting her. And I had been sweeping my floors. Because I hadn’t felt like cleaning the accident out of the robotic vacuum… (it’s still sitting on my patio, waiting to get de-pooped….) We are a one adult, 4 catsholes, one long haired dog and one teenage attituder trash panda household, and this little power machine has been amazing!!!! I even ran the vent cleaner attachment for the dryer with it last night! It filled the dirt chamber up 4 times, but sucked out all that was stuck down in the dryer vent flap. Got this bad boy delivered today and let me tell you, it sucks so good lol. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a powerful yet lightweight vacuum for hardwood/linoleum/etc. it Comes with 4 different attachment heads, a wall mount, a 23 ft cord, and is quick and Easy to empty. I got it on sale, but I would totally pay full price for this ( which is only $60). Who knew I could be so excited over a vacuum lol. ... show more

    • Not worth the money
I bought this base on the reviews. I didn’t like the cord idea after using cordless but why not and I am on a budget. I have owned this item for two months now. I have used it a total of 3 times. The first month is sat in the box while I finished unpacking. Now kicking myself because I can not returned it. When I finally used it I realize it would get very hot but didn’t think of it much since by the time it got uncomfortable I was done vacuuming. I have 3/2 home. My focus or main reason of getting this item was due to owning a black German Shepherd that sheds like crazy. Stage first time it did good. Not the best, but it was doable. The suction power could be better to my opinion. No issues the second time around. The third time I used it, the item shuts off every time it gets hot and I have to wait till it cools down. I also got to the point of just using my broom due to the maneuverability being awful, unable to reach places and the suction power being weak. So I grab my broom and pile up the dirt, remove the brush suction and just suck up the dirt. Easier than using the dust pan. I wouldn't recommend this item. I actually bought a cordeles vacuum before this one that was simple and did a great job but my wonderful puppy used it as a chew toy. ... show more
