  • Ingenious pan allows you to cook 3 different foods easily
Color: Silver
I use this for meal prep. With this large, deep, even cooking, heavy duty non stick trio pan I can make roasted veggies in one part, baked chicken thighs in another, and make baked apples in yet another. I’ve used it to cook chicken thighs with tomato sauce along with baked chicken thighs in the other two sections, covering with parchment paper to avoid oven spatter (weighed down with forks) and there was no damage from the acid sauce. Cleanup is a breeze, though I do wipe on olive oil before using. It’s just the perfect pan! It’s super heavy—and big! Much bigger than pictures make it look like. Deep, too. I’m buying these as Christmas gifts! Picture is of a single sized lasagna for one!! I’ll wait til it cools then put into quart sized storage bags for work dinners. If I could wish for anything, it would be for some kind of lid to keep over the pan in the fridge. ... show more

  • Heats, Cooks, & Cleans as expected
Color: Silver
This has to be the best cooking accessory I have purchased in years. It fits traditional Lasagna noodles perfectly, no cutting to make them fit. I bought several of these. For the Christmas house full, I was able to accommodate everyone. Veggie, traditional, light sauce, traditional without meat. It was not necessary to alter the cooking time at all from my old Traditional Lasagna pan. Depending on how much stuff you put between layers you can get 3 or 4 layers deep. Clean up it great! I would not recommend and there is really no need to put them in the dishwasher. I read some comments about "rust" after cleaning. Like any bakeware piece- dry completely. I also, by standard practice allow to sit for a day or two and air dry more, to be sure any water retained in the rounded/formed edges has dried, before I stack and store. I simply love these!!! ... show more

  • Fantastic pan.
Color: Silver
This pan is wonderful!!! First use and we are hooked and can make meals for most of the week. Made BBQ pork sirloin steaks, BBQ chicken thighs and meat loaf all at the same time. Just love the pan!!!

  • Initial use was great - one surprise though
Color: Silver
Let me start by saying I use regular boxed noodles, NOT the ready to bake kind, and I’ve never boiled my noodles. I assemble it with dry noodles the night before, refrigerate til the next evening, bake as normal, and the noodles are always perfectly done (and the pieces come out in sturdy cubes—others always comment how mine doesn’t fall apart and has good presentation). The one surprise—I was expecting the length of the basin to be the same length as one noodle. Maybe they aren’t all a standard length. Each basin required about one and a third noodle so I did still have to break noodles to fill in. Every piece having an edge and more corners was certainly appealing to me. But, even more so, was that I wanted to make less than would be made in a 9x13. I calculated based on my ingredient usage that two basins are about half a 9x13, and that’s what I cooked. I would say each basin is 4 small servings or 3 large servings. Clean up was super easy. The non-stick is very slick. If the non-stick coating holds up, I’ll be very pleased with this pan in the long run. ... show more

  • Lasagna is faster and easier with this pan, so I make it more often.
Color: Silver
Many reviews highlight the option to make different lasagnas. That's why I bought the pan. I need an alternate version for some of my crowd. But the real magic of this pan is that I can make lasagna faster and easier. I don't have to alternate and cross-weave and overlap and cut my lasagna noodles to fit. A standard lasagna noodle fits each section perfectly. I don't even boil the noodles in advance. I just add some extra water to my sauce. Let me reiterate: I'm not using the short, ready-to-bake, flat-sheet noodles. I put normal, curly-edged, Barilla lasagna noodles in without boiling them first. The noodles absorb the liquid, expand to fit the space, and it's perfect every time. The separate compartments also let the heat penetrate more quickly, so it cooks through faster, and the middle is never underdone. Lasagna is so easy with this pan, I make it for weeknights now, not just for Sunday dinner and special occasions. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty Pan Allows for Multiple Baking Options
Color: Silver
I have used the pan twice, both times for lasagna. The first time I used all three channels and tried to make the noodles that are not boiled first fit into the pan; it did not work well. The noodles were much too wide. The second time, I used the noodles that are boiled prior to the lasagna assembly and they fit perfectly. In terms of baking time, I read the reviews that indicated that due to the separate channels for each "tube" of lasagna, baking times could be reduced. My experience was - not by much. I made a meatless and bolognese lasagna the second time and in particular with the denser meat-filled tube, I found one hour and ten minutes on 375 worked well. My oven does not bake evenly so consider yours prior to determining the length of time. I decided to not use the third channel to bake bread and found I should have put at least one inch of water in the bottom because juices from the other two channels boiled over into it making cleaning more of a challenge. Also, pleace the pan on a large baking sheet prior to baking as the juices do boil over the elevated rim of the pan. The pan is a very heavy, sturdy metal that easily cleans. I soaked the pan immediately after each use and after scraping off the remaining food particles, washed it in the dishwasher. It came out perfectly clean. Each channel is slightly narrower at the bottom than the top so consider this prior to baking things like cakes. Strongly recommend the pan in particular for those cooks attempting to either diversify a meal or challenge one's creativity. ... show more
