I ordered a Medium. I’m 5’3 and 166lbs. I LOVE the length and how the bottom falls over the sneakers. The material isn’t thick, very breathable and the quality is A1. The waistband is thin, it’s the same material of the pants and has a drawstring which doesn’t seem to have much elasticity. These pants are very stretchy, and pass the lunge & squat test. Size down if you want more of a snug fit. Thus far I’m loving my purchase, again the quality is great so the price is worth it to me. I struggle to find good scrubs as a bigger woman. I read the size chart and ordered a 4XL because it matched what my measurements are (even though I’m usually a 2/3xl in most clothing.) First impression of these scrub pants were that they were very comfortable. They sat at the right spot on my waist and weren’t too tight. They’re definitely a little bit on the looser side for me so I’m not going to put my phone in my side leg pocket because it weighs down the pants. Just keep that in mind if you’re sizing up for comfort. They looked great, weren’t too tight or too baggy and I didn’t get that suffocating feeling I get with most synthetic (often too tight) scrubs. The color is also absolutely gorgeous (Navy). The only critique I have for these scrub pants is that they’re pretty long. I’m 5’7” and more like 5’9” with my chunky nursing crocs on, and these pants were still pretty long. I decided to keep buying this brand of scrubs but hem the bottom so it doesn’t drag (or trip me, whichever is first.) I can’t fully attest to the fabric quality because I haven’t worked in them yet, but they feel breathable when on. The 5 different pockets are also another huge bonus. Overall, great scrubs! UPDATE 3/24/25 I ordered and got the small and it fits better. I also ordered it in Petite so I didn’t have to hem the bottom. The material is comfortable but the length I normally get from other brands is regular and this one is so long! This brand also runs very big. I wear Muslims but this falls off when I walk and there’s no way to make the drawstrings any tighter because of the elastic in the back lol I will order a size small in petite size (shorter) and see if this works better. If not, I don’t think I’ll order this scrubs again. ... show more

They fit so nice I’ve had a couple pair of these. I love the length im 5’ 10 and everything else is always super short. They have a nice stretch. The only negative I have is you can’t really tighten the back that well. The string tightens the front but I have to use an undershirt for my pants or I’d be exposed ... show more
