I bought the size Large Petite and the fit is pretty good. I am 5'1" and I weigh 170 ish pounds. These are still a bit long, but with shoes on it isn't too bad. I actually work at a movie theater and we have to wear black pants. I wanted some pants that weren't black jeans and they are hard to find. My coworker suggested scrub pants and I found these for a reasonable price. They are super comfortable and I love not wearing a belt. The pockets are lower down on the pants, which can be weird getting used to. It might be nice to have extra pockets in the back, but isn't terrible without them. I recommend these! ... show more

I bought these along with the matching top. They are comfy and I like the pockets and cut of the leg. Unfortunately, the waist is too large for me, and when I put something bulky in the pockets (which I do a lot) they start to fall down/sag. A simple drawstring would definitely fix this issue. Sizing down seems like the obvious answer, but due to my hip/waist ratio, I couldn't do so. But if you don't have that problem, just go with the size that fits snugly on your waist and you should be fine.
