Fit great and about 8/10 true to size. I am 5’8 and 155 lbs. I bought a medium and I almost feel like I could size down to a small (which I have never worn a small in my life!!!) I normally wear medium bottoms and these were a bit roomy at my waist area. The draw string is only in the front, the back waistband is elastic. Doesn’t bother me, just different. I feel like these may be a bit long. Although I did not have shoes on when I first tried the pants on. Hopefully I won’t be scrub-walking once I put my tennis shoes on. Overall these get a 4/5. I highly recommend that everyone own a couple pairs. I have bought 7 pairs total. 5 for me and 2 for my daughter who works in childcare!! I did buy long because my inseam is 33”.
