I have been wearing leggings for summer pants for about five years and love the comfort. I have diabetes and foot/ankle swelling has made them no longer work for me. I decided to try scrubs because they are lightweight and durable. Depending on the pant, I buy either petite or regular, and I wear an XL size. These pants are made from a very soft, lovely to the touch fabric that is lightweight for summer use for me (especially this summer!) They have three sets of pockets: hip, front and leg. Most of my cheap pants and the leggings don't have any so I love this. The straight legs are slightly tapered so no excess fabric is flopping around at the ankle/cuff area. I can wear compression socks with ease under these. The downside for me is the weird cut. The circumference of the thigh and hip area is fine making sitting and bending comfortable. The problem is with the rise; it is perfect in back and about four inches too high in front! I ordered regular length, but these are the longest legs I have seen on regulars. They are at least three inches too long on me. I sew (standard machine and serger) so I can easily alter these. The next size down would be too small in girth, and ordering petite may mean an even worse fit in the rise. I shall keep them and make adjustments as needed. ... show more

I got these for my wife, who recently completed an RN degree and has since started as a nurse in a local major hospital. They are pretty nice overall. The pants (or "bottoms" as they are apparently called) fit very well, which is good because it is often hard to determine proper sizing (i.e., is it a size 8 in US size or Size 8 in Chinese size). Anyway, they appear to be made quite well, come with a couple of pockets (I am pretty sure by the end of the year, an additional eight bags will not be enough), and have both a stretch band and tie string. She says they are very comfortable too, so that is a plus. Another nice thing is that when you order the women's scrubs, they are cut for a woman's body so they won't look like a prison suit. If you are looking for them, I can highly recommend these (at least so far), but I would suggest you order a couple of sets, so that you can alternate, and also know that they will usually ship separately for some strange reason. ... show more

I measured myself and Amazon recommended size small. As everything I have purchased online has been too big I ordered extra small. Extra small still huge. I have to double over the waist and the legs are still right to the ground and just very baggy. I live on an island so can’t send them back I am 5ft 3 ins and 110lbs. That’s not tiny. These have quickly become my favorite pair of work pants. I have never found any khaki scrub pants with TWO back pockets and cargo pockets on BOTH legs. My one and only complaint is that they run a lil bigger than expected. I'm 5'0, about 150 lbs so I got small petite and they are a lil big in the waist. The length is perfect tho. I can still wear them but I have to pull them up from time to time. So I'm going to try XS petite and hopefully they will fit better. Then I'll have 2 favorite pairs of work pants! ... show more

I have 2 pairs. The larges are baggy and the mediums look fitted and are more flattering for me. They have great stretch and are comfy. My only problem with these pants is the waste rolls on me when I bend over or sit. It's not every time, but enough that it's irritating. It doesn't matter if I'm wearing the loose, baggy ones or the tighter ones. Maybe it's just my build causing it, but it's a thing. Otherwise I'd totally love these. ... show more

These are cut for women which is helpful. I have purchased unisex before and have issues with them pulling across the hips/butt area. The waist is mid-rise, rests right about the hips. However, there is no drawstring, so even though I got a small, I felt worried about them slipping down. I eventually added a drawstring because I had. to have a pair for use immediately.     • Wasn't the size or style for me

I was so excited because these look so cute and comfortable. I am 5'4" with a 35" waist and 46" hips. I should have gone based off the sizing chart for a few reasons. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the "petite" sizes meant they had shorter inseams, so when I bought a Medium size, they were about 3 inches too long and very clunky at the bottom. I didn't seen any clarification for the petite sizing on this product but did see it when I eventually looked at some of the company's other products. My hips are also too big for a medium, which is where I should have trusted the sizing chart. I just have such a deep distrust for women's sizing so it's hard for me to navigate. I usually go based on customer reviews, but I didn't read these ones because I was too excited. Anyways, hopefully I am able to help someone with similar measurements.
