I am 5'4" and 185 lbs. I usually wear a size medium in Cherokee scrub pants; however, a medium would not even go over my thighs. There was not much stretch in the waistband. Also, the waist band shown in the photos did not mirror the waistband on the pants that I received. The picture looks like a knit band; however, the item received had more of the rouched elastic band, which I did not like. Length was good thought and I love the fabric. Returned and reordered an XL. Fingers crossed.

I wear this brand in a size small for both top and bottoms. When I got my original order the bottoms were a size small petite and I couldn’t get them past my thighs so I ordered them in the medium petite and they are by far petite and in the crochet area there’s so much saggy material but they fit perfect in the waist. Definitely not happy but love the sugar melon color.
